If you are within the 30-day return period, we offer you 3 options:

Exchange your item for a different size/color.

Exchanges are only possible for the same style size and/or color. Exchanges for another product are strictly not permitted. We recommend that you return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired product.

By default, the repayment method is credit.

If you would like a refund via the payment method used at the time of purchase, you must notify us on the return form. A 15% inspection, restocking and handling fee will apply. Exchanged orders or items returned/exchanged due to a manufacturing defect will not be subject to this restocking fee. The original order will be charged and the remaining balance refunded.

Only the final price paid (after any discount) will be refunded.

Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.
